The Maxwell Leadership Certified Team’s Youth Certification is a youth development program designed to teach young people to learn the critical life skills necessary to navigate life with confidence, courage and character.
This program powerfully equips youth to lead themselves and
others to make a difference in their home, at school and in their
community. It may also be used with adults to help them learn
how to lead the next generation.
Mentors and Faculty have developed a skills-based learning curriculum to teach teenagers how to become better speakers and leaders. Youth will receive the following training:
